Dia•Com has been certified to ISO-9001 and QS-9000 by TUV Essen (Germany).

Dia•Com has made a strategic decision to adopt the use of the ISO/TS16949:2002 Quality Management System, the new International Standard that has been developed to supercede the QS-9000 Quality system.

ISO/TS16949:2002 uses a process approach when developing, implementing, and improving the effectiveness of a quality management system, to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements.

Dia•Com has been audited and is the first in our industry to be recommended for TS certification. Click here to view certification.

Dia•Com’s “Diatrac” system enables 100% lot trace ability. SPC, FMEA’s, 8D analysis, Process Control Plans, and Process Capability Studies are routinely used in accordance with automotive and industrial requirements. Zero-defect sampling and continual in-process quality audits insure dimensional and material integrity.
